In-House Testing

For new product development and validation of our technical solutions

Based on specifications provided by our clients or those we have developed together internally, we conduct a series of tests and measurements in our testing lab to help physically validate the isolator selection in a real world senario. We gather data using proven methods and advanced customized testing tools to design custom tailored solutions or fine-tune the settings and characteristics of our calculated solutions. Our aim is to ensure a clear correlation between the theoretical calculations and the experimental results observed during laboratory testing.

The Technical Engineering Team performs internal tests in testing facility to simulate extreme or specific conditions and evaluate the performance of our isolators. Our focus is to ensure the strength and reliability of our current and prototype isolators.

We have the following laboratory test equipment:

- MTS 322 Load Frame with 110,000lbf load capacity
- MTS E43 Load Frame with 2,200lb load capacity
- LVDTs for Motion Measurements
- DEWESoft Sirius 4 Channel DAQ For Shock and Vibration Testing using
PCB 5g and 50g Accelerometers
While a significant portion of our measurements are conducted in-house, we also collaborate with the team at SOCITEC France as well as US partners who offer their facilities to validate our isolation solutions and create rapid prototypes.
We perform load tests to determine the non-linear stiffness characterstics of our isolators in different orientations.
