Socitec offers a wide range of spring isolators specifically designed for machinery and industrial applications with natural frequencies as low as 1,5Hz. Our product lines include viscous and material-damped coil spring isolators, featuring unique time and cost-saving innovations like integrated precision leveling and a swivel/pivot function. The integrated leveling feature allows installers to quickly and precisely achieve the desired pass line height. Our swivel/pivot options ensures even load distribution on the springs and foundations. Together these features allow installations directly on concrete without the need for grout or sole plates.

VS Spring Isolators: Vibro/Dynamics Lo/Tuned™ material or viscous damped spring isolators are engineered for ultra-low-frequency performance, making them perfect for high-speed press applications and balanced machinery. Material or viscous damping is used based on the application unbalanced forces. The optional built-in leveling or swiveling feature is available for added convenience and installation cost savings.

SV Spring Isolators: With viscous damping, these isolators control motion during transient events, such as machine startup and shutdown, and ensure stability when operating near resonance.

FSV Hy/Damp™ Spring Isolators: Designed specifically for the forging industry, these low-frequency, viscous-damped coil spring isolators feature heavy-duty, stress-relieved fabrication and a recirculating damper built to withstand the severe conditions typical of forging operations. Our advanced viscous damper design ensures effective motion control and is fully sealed for protection.
